As a graduate of James Madison University, David H. Simkins brings nearly 10 years of mortgage experience to Old Virginia Mortgage. Stemming from a mortgage banking family with over 50 years of combined experience, David has set himself apart with his vast knowledge of Virginia Housing Development Association mortgage programs. In addition, he welcomes the opportunity to educate clients about construction, VA and Rural development opportunities. As a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads,

David lives in Virginia Beach where he enjoys working out, gardening and is an avid painter.
